Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using Caliph Creator (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity that takes place under your account. You must be 16 or older to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or break the Service.
- Don't impersonate others or upload unlawful or harmful content.
- Don't use the Service in ways that contradict its purpose — to build leaders, not to harm them.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit (profile, bio, photos, assessment answers). You grant us a limited licence to store and display it strictly to operate the Service for you.
5. Assessment results
Assessment results — including AI-generated reflections — are developmental tools, not professional advice. Use your own judgment (and consult appropriate experts) for major life decisions.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm other users. You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caliph Creator is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless mandatory local law applies.
