1. Who we are

Caliph Creator (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website and the associated leadership assessment and community tools. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@caliphcreator.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed).
  • Profile information: anything you choose to add — city, region, role, bio, and a profile photo.
  • Assessment responses: your answers, computed scores, and AI-generated reflection.
  • Technical data: basic logs and cookies needed for sign-in and security.

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver your assessment results and account experience.
  • To send transactional emails (sign-in, password reset, results).
  • To improve the framework and the product.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing email unless you explicitly opt in.

4. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase). Data may be processed in regions outside your country. We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform — for example, our database host, email delivery provider, and analytics. Each is bound by data-protection agreements.

6. Your rights

You can: (a) view and edit your profile in your account, (b) request a copy of your data, (c) request deletion of your account. For (b) and (c), email hello@caliphcreator.com and we'll act within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only the cookies required to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. No advertising cookies are set.

8. Children

Caliph Creator is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we will remove the account.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced via email and on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
